How do I receive my files?
Every product is an instant digital download. After purchase you will get a download link by email and on your order confirmation page.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. These are digital downloads only, no physical product will be shipped.
What can I do with my files?
A personal use licence is included. Files are for personal use only; commercial use is not permitted.
What size can I print?
Files are print-ready at 300 DPI and optimised for A4, and suitable for larger print sizes.
Why do the colours look different on my print?
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer and paper. For the closest match, print on a good quality paper and choose the highest print quality in your printer settings.
How do custom portraits work?
Email your photo with your order number, receive a first preview within 7 business days, request revisions, then receive your final high-resolution files.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in INR in India and USD everywhere else. You can switch currency from the header.
Can I get something sooner or in a custom size?
Email me with what you need and when you need it, and I'll let you know what is possible.
