Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant file delivery, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes:

  • Digital posters
  • Printable artwork
  • Greeting cards
  • Templates
  • Branding assets
  • Creative resources
  • Downloadable files

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided after successful delivery.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • Duplicate payments occurred.

Online Courses

Refund requests for courses may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
  • Course materials have not been substantially downloaded.

After these conditions are exceeded, refunds are generally not available.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on account activity.


Design Services

For custom design services:

Before Project Start

Payments may be refunded, less any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

After Project Work Begins

Payments made for completed work, research, concepts, revisions, or consultation time are non-refundable.

Completed Projects

No refunds are available after final files have been delivered and approved.


Subscription Services (If Applicable)

Any future subscription-based offerings may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not generate refunds for previous billing periods.


Technical Issues

If you experience issues accessing purchased products or courses, please contact support.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access problems before considering refund requests.


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in suspension of account access and future purchases.
